THE JELLY TOT TRAIN BY FIONA CUMMINGS

The Jelly Tot Train

By Fiona Cummings

Wouldn’t it be wonderful?

To live in a world of lollypop trees

It would be beautiful

To feel the orange juice breaze

Can you imagine?

Lemonade rain

Look to the skies

To see Milky Way stars

Cupboards full

With full jam jars

Granny’s old biscuit barrel

With painted  Victorian ladies

In all their apparel

Vases with candy daisy’s

 Chocolate shoes

With liquorice laces

Strawberry   chews

To visit these sweet places

Just think for a minute

Hear that tune from the spinet

See the smiles all around

Walls of marsh mellows

And toffee on the ground

How funny will we walk

Could we fly like a hawk

With wings made from wafers

Just think of all the flavours

On a jelly tot train

What a interesting world

We shall visit again
