The starry sky has it’s blanket on

Covering the sunshine, the day has gone

What today have we achieved

Have we smiled, or have we grieved

Have we loved or caused some sadness

Have we learned  sanity, or perfected madness

Can we now face our fears

Even if we are alone and have no one here

Who is with us in our hours of need

To wipe away the tears we bleed

If we feel all alone

No one to talk to

No one to phone

Put your hands together

Know your loved forever

And a gentle kiss will be sent your way

Strength will be given, so that you can face a brand new day

Goodnight my friends

Bless you all

Please hold onto me when you want to fall

For I never want you to feel like you’re in despair

Hold your hand out, and I will be there
