BLIND PLUMBER

The world is going mad. A ten year old girl, whose brother is a Taliban commander, has tried to get his little sister to be a suicide bomber. The girl has given herself up and now what will happen with her? Will she come over to the UK and live? Then train in England? OK, she is a child and doesn’t know what she was doing.

Or does she?

I wonder do these people have a heart. I mean his little sister. Also, she was beaten up by her Father, because she failed to do her job?

In China, the air is grey with pollution and the lifespan is five years less than it should be because of it. Children are going to school under a dome, releasing filtered air. Scary?

Then in the UK, a disabled young lad, has been kept as a slave in his home with his so called family. Sometimes the family used the poor boy as a punch bag. They would take him outside and repeatedly punch him.

He was to stay alive to clean the family home and ice scream vans as that was the families business.

All the Father got was six years in prison. The brother four years and Mother four months.

Why so low?

It’s really sad.

All the weather is weird too. The storms we are having in the UK are unheard of. Floods and wild winds. In the US, Washington, they were throwing boiling water on our news and before it had chance to hit the ground, it was frozen.

Is there anywhere in the world left where it is perfect, or at least close to?  A place in the world where there are more than a handful of kind people in a neighbourhood?

Sadly I think not.

On a positive note, I have had a very interesting day. I froze in my own home. Our heating was broken. Could not get the boiler on and no hot water either. All that on a bitterly cold day and then, I noticed as I went to wash the downstairs toilet, it was blocked. Lovely. So rubber glove moment for that, I fixed it, Teen tried to fix heating but no luck and then Hub came from London, and managed to fix the heating. I don’t know what it is, but when it comes to plumbing, he’s great. Hahaha. The world’s first blind plumber, what do you think?
