The count down for
our friend coming. 24 hours from now, she will be here. Oh I hope she makes the
connection, as only has forty minutes to get from the aeroplane to the train
station.
Eleven at night she shall be here. Excited and anxious.
I want her to have a lovely time. I have not seen her for
two years.
This is the longest we have been apart.
We have some things planned, but not enough I think.
I also have my friends from Northumberland, where I used to
live coming on Tuesday. I can’t wait to see them.
It’s going to be a great week.
We had sleet today and snow on its way. The ice is on the
ground and its bitter cold out there, but in our insulated house, it’s toasty.
