(THE FAIRY GARDEN) FIFI'S CREATURES BY FIONA CUMMINGS

(THE FAIRY GARDEN)  Fifi’s creatures By Fiona Cummings

She’s the size of your little pinkie

Ever so dainty

With spiralled curls

In shades of golds

And sapphire eyes of blue

She wears a scarlet dress

And glass shoes

With pretty ruby bows

She has rosy cheeks with a button nose

  Pearl white teeth

Really sweet

She sits near a pond

On a waterlily next to an old oak

Waiting for her little frog who will croak

 She is so fond

Of her creatures in water, flight or land

As she puts out her hand

A blue bird lands

The most beautiful creature comes to sing songs

It is here where she belongs

Among the butterflies of multi colours

And such fragrant flowers

With a yolky sun

And diamond showers

Where rabbits run

Play chase and hide in their burrows

And snowy owls tweet woo

Little fairy Fifi

To the creatures remains so true
