A FISHY TAIL

Well, I’ve heard everything now… Makes me happy though. It cost £111 to give this very special gold fish an operation to remove a tumor! This article made me smile and why not operate on fish?
George, who weighs about 80 grams, was put under a general anesthetic and underwent a 45-minute operation to release him of his tumor.
It took three buckets of water – one for the initial dose of anesthetic, one with enough anesthetic to keep him asleep during the operation (with a tube that flushed water over his gills) and a third full of oxygenated water for his recovery.
“I wonder if he did the ice bucket challenge?
What charity would he do it for?
He is now reported to be swimming happily around his pont something he couldn’t do before. He is ten and they say they can live till they are thirty.
