THE ACTUAL ROYAL WEDDING LIVE BY FIONA CUMMINGS

I’m watching or listening to the Royal wedding, as rather than BBC 1 we have the radio on. Radio five live. Thank you. At least we know what people can see where as BBC 1, have no audio description at all. Also, their presenters are dreadful.  One news reader can’t stop saying em. And the other is a presenter from our X Factor. Whatever happened to the great BBC 1 presenters? With excellent English? Hub and I have spent most of the morning correcting the English haha. Anyway, the bridesmaids are dressed in white. The pageboys are aged from 2 to 7.

The queen is wearing a lime and lemon dress with purple edging on her hat…

The peal of 8 bells are ringing. The bride is on her way to the Henry of VIII gate. There are arches of white and green foliage. She is travelling by a vintage car from the 50’s. The bride’s Mother is wearing pale green edged in embroidery.

The bride is wearing a simple dress with a boat neck and I think I heard either long sleeves or three quarter. A train of lace stretching down two steps. A little like Our darling Princess Di wore. The Vale has flowers to represent all the Commonwealth. The dress is made by an English designer.

The pageboys are wearing black coats and red trousers.

We have been entertained by a beautiful English orchestra. Now the bride is walking to her Husband to be sang to by a girl singer.

The bride is walking to her father in law to be. Our future King. She is walking alone towards him with the sound of a beautiful soloist.

Prince Harry is wearing a long dark blue coat with his military uniform. He was given special dispensation by the queen to keep his beard.

The first hymn was Lord of all hopefulness. My Husbands favourite hymn.

God is love. And those who live in God, live in love.

Harry sounds anxious. The couple have just said I will to marry. The crowds are cheering. Now we are praying for the couple. In Gods name.

Harry will wear a wedding ring. This breaks the tradition as normally the men don’t wear rings. Meghan will wear the gold from Wales. The first reading was from Princess Diana’s sister. I just wish his Mum could have been there but the Prince picked  his Mums favourite flowers forget me nots, for his loves bouquet from a garden in her name.

We have an American church spokesman now, gosh, he is very enthusiastic. We are not used to this kind of way in our churches, he’s very passionate. Hub is very entertained by him. He’s a Presiding Bishop. Now there is an New Kingdom gospel choir singing stand by me. They are perfect. Wow I could listen to them all day.

Now the Arch Bishop of Canterbury is standing with the couple until they do their vows. He’s still sounding anxious.

Prince William now hands over the rings.

The rings get blessed.

And now Prince Harry is sounding relieved. And so happy. He adores her. Does the ring fit? Few… Meghan’s handing her ring to her soon to be Husband now. this is the first Royal wedding I have seen where there have been no mistakes said. Ready now for the crowd to cheer?

The stunning organ is playing and beautiful children are singing like angels from the choir. It’s called The blessing and now joining in with the children are the men from the choir and Hub is doing harmony in our sitting room. It’s great to hear him sing. Oh, the music is so beautiful.

St Georges Chapple is where they are married in Windsor Castle. Oh, I’m now emotional. This is a special day.

The wedding cake is made with 200 lemons and 500 eggs.

Some guests are George Cluny and Elton John. There are people invited from so many charities. The couple have requested no gifts but donations to be given to their choice of charities.
May they be happy forever.
