THANKSGIVING

Today is a day of
thanksgiving
When we are grateful to those who died to keep us living
When we show we care
By wanting to share
And pray for those we are missing
We hear of families big in numbers
A Father, Mother, sister and Brothers
Hands together peaceful moments helping to disencumber
But spare a moment of your time
A thought for those on their own
Be kind
Pick up the phone
Let them know they are on your mind
That will be their best gift of all time
