INSPIRATIONAL DIARY NEWS AND VIEWS

OK Bloggets, today I was browsing through the news and some subjects are so dreadful. What is our fascination with reading bad news? Where is the inspiration? Where are all the wonderful stories out there? And, would we read them if they became available? I mean today I read this question.

Is incest about to become legal in Germany?

OMG? Apparently there are between 2 and 4% of our German friends who are committing incest. A couple in Germany are trying to make it legal. They are brother and sister and have four children. Three of them are in care as they are so disabled. Hence not to use the same spoon to beat raw eggs then put in your soup. In other words, no, you shouldn’t have sex with your siblings, apart from it being sick, it’s so unhealthy for your children. And how on earth can you even think such a dreadful thought? Oh it turns my stomach and that is a lot of turning. Next.

Tornado’s in Derbyshire UK have turned cars upside down and ripped trees from their roots. Every time there are a lot of air attacks with us and the US, no matter where, freak weather occurs.

But this story is simply sick.

A teenager loses virginity with his Mothers corpse after killing her with a hammer

What the hell is wrong with humans? Sometimes I wonder if I’m really from another planet. If so, where is my map? I need to get back there. This is not right at all. I just can’t get into the heads/mind-sets of such people. Are they sick? If so why so many sick people these days?

So a breath of fresh air please/ Inspiration required.

Firstly, the magic fruit. Coconut. Coconut oil I have read from vast study’s, will protect you from viruses, bacteria, infection, cancer, thyroid, brain and heart problems, plus beautifies your skin. It’s claimed as well, to burn your fat? Heck, get me an orchard?

Decades ago, when farm to table foods were replaced with processed plastic packet poisons some would say, but we all use eat drink them still today. Processed foods have been known to be called Franking foods. Whole, nutritious natural foods, sadly are no longer in our houses, hence obesity and heart as well as cancer uprising diseases.

I read there are four foods to avoid. The first is canola,

Animals and insects avoid it in nature, here’s why you should too. There’s no such thing as a canola in nature. Canola oil is a modernised version of rapeseed. The rape plant in the mustard family contains cyanide containing compounds the process of deodorising and bleaching to become canola oil, involves exposing rapeseed oil to high heat, which reduces omega three content.

Cottonseed oil is in tinned foods and frozen foods, well some of them. Whilst cottonseeds are great for clothes, they are sprayed and not or should not be eaten or drank. Safflower heart diseases. Avoid. Soy is considered a great food for us, well, no they are now saying it’s really bad for hormonal and more. God, so what to eat? Well, back to nature. Grow your own. Make from new, I have talked before about how easy it is to make casseroles and soups, bean feasts too when you can. If you make them and freeze them so you won’t have to spend all day every day in your kitchen, it has to be good for us. Like a car, you put rubbish in it treat it badly, it won’t perform. Makes sense with our bodies too?

At times despite our efforts, we experience various negative emotions in our lives, such as despair, anxiety, fear, apathy, mistrust or anger.

For me personally, all of those things every single day and although it’s not popular, trendy or fun to admit this, I know I’m not alone. We may have troubled relationships, when our destiny takes us into some difficult situations in business, or we have problems with health. Or we just feel tired of our daily routine.

We may feel lost in this life and need someone to say something that will give us sunshine or peace with our world.

Perhaps just a spiritual conversation is in order. Have you ever had one of those? I have they are wonderful, but sadly not there all the time.

When you get chance to have that quiet moment and you are open minded enough to listen to your heart, it will be a life changing experience.

A story or two I read today. Put the kettle on and have a read, I love these stories.

I will tell you a story of my friend Monty Roberts.

As he was a kid, his father as a horse trainer was moving from stable to stable, from ranch to ranch, training horses. Thus, the boy‘s school career was constantly interrupted. One day, when he was a senior, teacher asked him to write about what he wanted to be when he grew up. He did not hesitate a minute and wrote seven-page paper about his aim to be an owner of a horse ranch, he wrote many details and drew a location of buildings and stables and even a detailed house plan.

Two days later he received his paper back with letter „F“on the front page. After class he came to teacher and asked: „Why did I receive an F? “. The teacher responded: „This dreams is so unrealistic for a boy like you, who has no money, no resources and who comes from itinerant family. There is no possibility that you will reach your great goals one day. “Then the teacher offered to rewrite the paper with more realistic attitude.

The boy went home and asked his father, how should he act. The father answered: „This decision is very important for you. So you have to make your own mind on this“.

After several days the boy brought the same paper to his teacher. No changes were made. He said: „Keep the F and I will keep my dream“.

Now Monty Roberts owns 4,000-square-foot house in the middle of 200-acre horse ranch and he still has that school paper, which now is framed over the fireplace.

Remember, you have to follow your heart and never let anyone to steal your dreams.

Two men were seriously ill. They occupied the same room in the hospital. One of them lied in the bed near the only window in their room. Every day he was allowed to spend some time sitting up in his bed to help draining the fluid from lungs. The other man was forced to spend all his days flat on his back.

They talked a lot about their life, families, jobs, vacations. Every time, when the first man was sitting by the window, he described in details all that he see outside the window. His roommate always looked for those moments, when his world was broadened and brightened up by the world outside.

Amazing views of a park with a beautiful lake could be seen from the window of their room. Children delightfully played among ducks and swans. Couples walked arm in arm among colourful flowers. Also the stunning city skyline could be seen.

When the man by the window had been thoroughly describing all that was happening outside the window, his roommate would close his eyes and imaged all the beautiful scenes of life that were told to him.

One morning the man, whose bed was near the window, had died peacefully in his sleep. His roommate was very sad.

After some time, when the nurse came to visit him, he asked if he could be moved next to the window. The nurse agreed and kindly made the switch. When she left, the man slowly and painfully propped himself up on one elbow and took the first look at the world outside. He was stunned. The window faced a blank wall.

When the nurse came to visit him the next time, he told her about beautiful things outside the window that his roommate described him. The nurse replied that his roommate was a blind man. She said: “Probably he just tried to encourage you. “

“I have read that last story, so many times and I think it is a wonderful story. I hope you do too?”
