FI'S FOUNDED FACTS

It’s that day again. Monday. I went out today and wagga walked perfectly. No near misses and straight there and back.

Teen starts his new job today. He is not at all anxious about going. This is a great thing about him. He never gets nervous about new starts, either college, jobs or when he started new schools. When we moved here, he was a little anxious how he would find the school, but after Hub walked with him and showed him where to go, he was great. Proud that he is like that. We have done our best to install confidence in him, and I hope have been successful. I don’t care how long he stays at this job, as I have said before; it’s all about experience and how much he can fit in for his CV for the workplace. Last week he took two maths exams and we will learn the result in January. He was confident, so let’s see. In the meanwhile, college still an ongoing test.

We had remembrance Sunday yesterday in the UK; well I am sure in most countries.  It sickened me to see all the world leaders in one place as if they care? If they did, we still wouldn’t be at war all over the world. I mean, Afghanistan? What have we gained? Apart from losing over 400 of our young people, we are at our highest terrorist alert ever. We will never learn. So why bother even pretending?

I have said it before; I think if there is such a place as hell, we are already there. Though this world could be heaven, if only not for mans greed.

OK, enough seriousness. Here are some silly facts I have been reading today. Did you know?

There is a city in Turkey, called Batman

The place our military eat and socialise is called a mess. I wonder why?

A baby octopus is about the size of a flea at birth.

Whilst pregnant, a woman’s uterus will expand about 500 times its original size.

Mexico once had three presidents in one day.

So suitably informed? Haha.  I can’t think straight as my canary, he’s Irish you know? Is making so much noise. Oh my word. It is such a scream today.

Tea tonight is easy and very lazy. For the boys, Fish and chips. Right out of the freezer. I don’t care… I have too much other stuff to do without having to stress over our food for tonight. Teen isn’t in until eight. He is working for eight hours. Oh before he left, he got himself all done up. You would think he was going to a fashion show.

People have asked me to write a little more memories I have of Russia. So my next blog will be a memory from my past. Until then, with love and get through this week. Later gators. X
