Lay down next to me

Share the dreams I don’t see

Listening to your voice

Is such a gift to me

Your words whisper calmness

And combat loneliness

  Lay down next to me please

And allow the world to stay still

Time to freeze

To hold your hand

Will be such a thrill

Come on lay down next to me

Set our problems free

I believe you and I are meant to be

Lay down next to me tonight

And hold me ever so tight

I never want you to let me go

Because I’m in love with you don’t you know?
