IT'S A BACHELORS LIFE BY FIONA CUMMINGS

Good afternoon Bloggets. Today here it’s very sunny, windy, snowing and freezing cold. When I say snowing, it’s like God is dusting his furniture and we are getting the dust on earth!

For those of you who have written to me via email, I will answer your messages today, I’ve been busy during the day of late writing for people, but from today, I’m back to normal. Well, as normal as I, can be, which for those who know me, isn’t very normal.

Our dogs have enjoyed their free run today though it was only for half an hour. Boy Wonder is working again, has done since early morning. Hub is in our gym for the second time today already and we are not even on 3 pm yet. Gosh, I so badly wish I had his enthusiasm. All of my friends are losing weight. But in secret I think their, secret, is they have learned to pass it on to a pal. The pal, being mwah.

We have been out three nights in a row. The normal pub quiz, which was great then we went to a charity night and last night my Brother and Sister in Law picked Hub and myself up to go about an hour’s drive away, to see a group that was the favourite group of mine and our Mums. The Bachelors.  They had hits like Diane, I believe, that was my Mums favourite, I wouldn’t trade you for the world, Marie, love me with all your heart, Ramona, Charmaine and loads more. We had food and the guys tried their luck at the Casino, but no luck was to be had… I can’t believe it, sitting with my big Brother him in his fifties and me… My age. Smile. Listening live to my Mums favourite group. I hope she is in heaven and last night looking down at us. Singing along to the songs.

Tomorrow a big day for us. More later. But not a day I’m looking forward to. Though for the first time, it’s in the big voice, from above’s bag. Over to him.

An RP friend today asked a question. This answer I hope will help anyone who has poor vision or who is totally blind. She took her dog out to do her doggy doodles and she got totally disorientated getting back to her door. Finding her way around her garden, bumping into things along the way.

My suggestion to her was, to buy cat bells for her little dog’s collar. As she also was afraid she was going to stand on her tiny dog. Also, to buy a wind chime to put next to her back door. You can even get those ones with batteries, so, if there is no wind, they still spin.

OK, off to do some work, but enjoy the rest of your day, won’t you. X
